What personal information do we collect and on what basis?
Contact person information is retained for as long as the individual acts as a contact person.
We send relevant information to the contact person via email based on their provided consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Subcontractors for the processing of personal data and the transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The personal data of contact persons is stored in the HubSpot system provided by HubSpot Inc.In customer assignments, we may use a subcontractor to whom the contact person's personal data is shared for the execution of the assignment.
For organizing customer events, webinars, and training sessions, we use the registration system of Lyyti Oy. We may conduct feedback surveys using the system provided by Webropol Oy.
In the storage of personal data, we also utilize Microsoft's OneDrive cloud service. If the processing of personal data involves the transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA area, we ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of data protection legislation. Adequate data protection and security are ensured, if necessary, through model contract clauses approved by the EU Commission.
We may disclose personal data, for example, in connection with various certifications to the entity granting the certifications. We do not disclose your personal data to other registers unless required by law.
