I am an employment lawyer whose heart beats for rewarding and excellent leadership. I have worked as a supervisor, employee relations manager and interim HR manager in various assignments and I am happy to share my experiences related to them. I believe that the magic of best working life lies in everyday actions, appreciative management and doing the basic things right in the long run.
